ˇ§This is a wonderful fair, beautifully organized, and we have done very good business. We have made lots of new clients and also welcomed many return clients from last year. This year we have seen more private clients from Mainland China.ˇ¨ (2011)

ˇ§This show has now become not only the premier show in Asia, because it was already that even last year, but it has elevated it to a totally new dimension. You have now got, and I have been seeing it here the last few days, dealers from all over the world who hadnˇ¦t even thought of coming to Hong Kong before. They are coming to this show and being absolutely knocked back by the quality of it.ˇ¨ (2011)
Robert Hall, Robert Hall, London (participated since 2006 for 6 years):
ˇ§The timing is good because Sothebyˇ¦s is round the corner so everything works well from our point of view in that the Sothebyˇ¦s people come here. I know the dealers here go down to Sothebyˇ¦s too. So I think they work well, they dovetail together.ˇ¨ (2010)
Henry Au-yeung, Grotto Fine Art, Hong Kong (participated since 2007 for 5 years)
ˇ§This kind of fair combining art and antiques is very rare. This fair can be said to be one of the best. It is a very good opportunity for the audience to appreciate antiques and contemporary art at the same time.ˇ¨ (2010) Jacqueline Simcox, Jacqueline Simcox, London (participated since 2007 for 5 years)
ˇ§I will keep coming back as long as the fair exists, yes! I think if the fair goes on year after year, and particularly in conjunction, at the same time as Sothebyˇ¦s auctions, then it can only build. It will attract more dealers, more international dealers to come here as well. Of course, I have noticed, just over a three-year period, an increasing number of visitors from the Mainland, who are interested and extremely knowledgeable about Chinese art. They are buying back their heritage.ˇ¨(2009) Stephen McGuinness, Plum Blossoms Gallery, Hong Kong (participated in 2011, 2010 and 2006):
ˇ§The fair quality is very high. The traffic has been good, and the clientele are exactly the ones we are looking to meet.ˇ¨ (2010) |
