Sundaram Tagore is a New York-based curator and art gallerist. A descendant of the influential Bengali poet and Nobel Prize winner Rabindranath Tagore, he promotes East-West dialogue and understanding through his contributions to numerous exhibitions as well as his eponymous art galleries. He opened his flagship gallery in New York City in 2000 and early in 2008, opened branches in Beverly Hills and Hong Kong.

He has advised many international cultural organizations including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, New York; the United Nations; and the National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi.

Jenny So – Professor of Department of Fine Art, The Chinese University of Hong Kong

Professor So received her Ph.D. from Harvard University, USA, in 1982. She is an art historian specializing in ancient Chinese bronzes and jades. Before returning to CUHK, Professor So was the Senior Curator of Chinese Art at the Freer Gallery of Art and Arthur M. Sackler Gallery, Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C.

Professor So joined the Department of Fine Arts, CUHK in 2001. She lectures on the history of Chinese jades, Chinese bronzes and Methodology in Art-historical studies. She also supervises M. Phil. and Ph.D. students since 2002, is also Director of the Institute of Chinese Studies.

Elizabeth Knight is Publisher and Editorial Director of Orientations, the renowned Hong Kong-based magazine on Asian art. For three and a half decades she has presided over the magazine’s development and has also witnessed the growth and maturing of the Asian art market.
